I went to see
The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) tonight, which consisted of three actors trying to squash all of Shakespeare's works into about three hours in a very, very hilarious way. It was fantastic and well, well worth the price of admission. Oliver Driver, Jeremy Elwood and Keith Some-Last-Name-I've-Forgotten did a wonderful job and the whole audience seemed to have a blast. So worth it. I'm so glad I finally decided to go on Tuesday and ramdomly texted some friends asking if they wanted to go too as, with two days notice, someone said yes! I would have gone alone, but it was a lot of fun with someone else there. Especially as said friend went up to the actors and asked for their autographs and I got to tell them personally how great I thought it was. They all seemd like nice guys.
However, while walking home on a high I started to fixate on one small thing I did when I was there, which I perhaps really shouldn't have. I'll probably see the person involved tomorrow and I'll talk to her about it. Gah. Stupid, stupid brain. I'm no doubt blowing this completely out of proportion.

Doctor Who starts here next Thursday at 7:30 on Prime! I must remember to tape it as I'll be in Queenstown when it's on. I'm going down with three friends to visit another friend for five days and to partake in the Winter Festival celebrations. Hopefully it will be a lot of fun.

Thanks to the wonderful DVD Unlimited (just a little addicted) I've now seen
Before Sunrise ( and I'm not too sure what I was supposed to get out of it. )I also rented the first disc of S1 of Babylon 5. Was it always that ... bad? Was it just the first season? Was it just the start of the first season? Is my brain glorifying it a little? Barring G'Kar and Londo (who are always wonderful), I really struggled to get much enthusiasm up for it at all. I'm still going to persevere with the rest of the season, it just wasn't quite what I expected/remembered.
