And my name was called disturbance
Aug. 16th, 2006 10:15 pmI don't know whether it's a reflection on V for Vendetta as a movie, or the extremeness of my obsession with the Stones, that the high-point of the movie for me was the fact they played 'Street Fighting Man' as the credit song.
It wasn't a bad movie, far from it, but it wasn't a great movie either. There was something missing that I can't quite put my finger on. It was certainly well acted (and I was happy to see they used pretty much all British actors apart from Hugo Weaving and Natalie Portman, who were very good) and well, Stephen Fry is worlds of awesome, but ... yeah, I don't know. It's odd.
