What even was this episode?! My God.
Steve was extra crazy (tear. gas. nbd but I kinda loved how chill Danny was about it) and adorable, and a little tipsy in that scene at the end there. He just wants Danny to be happy! So much! And he always needs to know things (which is a trait I can sympathise with). His hand was really high on Danny's shoulder! And the cute zipping motion! What was that, Alex?! (Also dude, you NEVER leave things alone, that's like one of your defining personal characteristics).
That's not even to mention this: "That's a lie too. YOU LOVE ME" ... I got nothing.
That car scene went on for aaages. They are so very, very married. Of course he knew Grace wasn't sick - and uh if that was last week, wasn't Steve like out of the country on an aircraft-carrier for a week? Was he keeping tabs?
And then there Steve's complete despair at the start of the episode when he saw what Danny did to his house. He could just not process that. Ridiculous human.
The Steve and Kono moment was adorable too (and Alex's little smile!) She is totally his Ninja Apprentice.

I need to know more about Kono growing up with radical environmentalists.
I liked Danny and Gabby too. They are cute.

I must admit despite all the !!'s I don't think I loved this episode quite as much as some people seemed to. Something about it did seem a little bit weird. Kinda like they were trying too hard? Like they tried to lever in as much of Steve and Danny’s might-as-well-go-ahead-and-get-married-dudes relationship and general team togetherness as they possibly could, maybe because people had been complaining it was missing? IDK.
Like I said, I liked it, but it did feel a little … odd.
This season seems to be improving, yet I am still wary. Joe White could be behind any corner. (Seriously, please no more Joe White).
And in the weekend there was this:
Of course Alison Schapker and Monica Owusu-Breen wrote this. Of course they did. So many feelings in this episode and Josh and Anna were awesome.
They were so cute, but Peter was also so worried and there was hand-holding and cuteness and a lot of sequences that were very reminiscent of the pilot. The scene in the storage facility. <3 And then the car - and their smiles and you knew it was going to end badly. Life can never be easy for Olivias and Peters - well just the one Peter I guess.
I did like that Peter acknowledged his somewhat suspect track-record at telling Olivias apart, because YES dude. And if Olivia remembers everything well ... she also remembers that. Oh, honey. I also really, really hope Peter is right and it is blue!Olivia in some form because the timeline is changing because he's back or something? IDK. Just, let them be happy, please show? I don't know if I could take it if Peter was wrong again.
From readings things I shouldn't have on Twitter, I was assuming it would be big WTF ending and while I was surprised ... they are dealing with shape-shifters, so I assume shape-shifters were to blame, but then this is Fringe, so really who the fuck knows.
'Henry' was the glyph? I am ... a little scared by that piece of information.
I enjoyed The Good Wife as well but don't have anything really substantial to say except that I adore Will and Diane's friendship so very much. I am also getting a little over Eli - I hope that changes.
I am also still watching allll the Babylon 5 - I'm now mid S4 which is further than I've watched before and the plotting is just so good - even if the acting can be a little hit and miss and the the 1990's take on future fashion is frightening. I must admit that I spoiled myself completely for the rest of the series last night by reading episode summaries. My need to know overcame my willingness to take the time to watch another season and a half. Impatient? Me? I will watch the rest of course, I can just take it a little slower now. ;)
