Planet of the Dead

Um, that was okay, I guess. I was underwhelmed to be honest.

I had been forewarned about Michelle Ryan, but I didn't find her too annoying, except perhaps at the end. I kinda liked her grabbing the Doctor and kissing him. I could have done without the comments about how wonderful a team there were though. *eye roll*

The Doctor was well, the Doctor, so pretty awesome. I liked him getting all tough at the end, and the little bit how he stole the TARDIS.

The supporting characters were cool, I guess. I did like the UNIT commander and Malcolm's constant 'I love you's at the end were endearing. The rest of the bus passengers were all enjoyable, but none really stood out.

The plot had some holes in it, from the start I was questioning the little things, like how did the guards not hear Christina? And why the hell did she take the balaclava off, and the bit with the bus in the first place .... and why were there three sting-ray things through the wormhole not then followed by a whole swarm? Anyway.

Oooh, forewarning of doom at the end though, and Donna shout-out was cute!

Lots to do tomorrow, Monet exhibit, coffee, flat dinner and netball.
