I liked this even more than last week! I smiled, I laughed, I even may have uh, had tears in my eyes at one point. *sniff*
I really liked Jenny and Donna was even better than last week. Martha was of course, pretty awesome. "I'm Dr. Martha Jones, who the hell are you?" <3
Oh, and the Hath were so adorable. Poor sacrificing!Hath though.
I loved Martha and the Doctor's goodbye and that he called her Dr. Jones. (How many eps was Freema supposed to be in this season?)
Also, David Tennant? So much love. He was great in this ep. Although, I do take the point I read in an online ep review that all this Doctor angst seems to be rehashing the same things and never really leading anywhere ... or is it? *looks at Stephen Moffatt's two parter significantly*
Anyway, I'm happy that I'm back to regularly enjoying the show.
I also went to see Iron Man for the second time tonight. I enjoyed it even more, probably because I knew exactly what to expect from it. It's put me in quite a good mood anyway. Quite chilled and very 'oh, fuck it' towards anything that I happen to be worrying about, which is nice. It will last approximately not-very-long but I shall enjoy it while it lasts.
I may have also caught a Bones ep last night, and oh god the Booth/Brennan at the end was adorable. Smurfs! *cough* I am just watching this show casually.
And while I'm talking about things I'm enjoing. QI, the British celebrity quiz show with Stephen Fry and Alan Davies is awesome. (Particulary great clip). My friend also lent me the first 2 seasons and various Have I Got News For You seasons on DVD. Oh dear. ;)
And uh Doug Feith was on The Daily Show? Holy Fuck. Jon Stewart vs Iraq war architect and "stupidest fucking guy on Earth."(tm Tommy Franks) Need to watch that tonight.
ETA: Very good interview and Doug Feith didn't do to bad a job defending himself/the war. Bill Moyers is on tomorrow too, and Dennis Leary later in the week. Yay.
