Emmy Noms 2005 (Yay Hugh!)
Jul. 15th, 2005 03:37 amHugh! Hell, yes. I'm also so happy to see the writing nomination for 'Three Stories' because that episode totally deserved it. So good.
Naveen Andrews? I'm not really arguing but it is a surprise. I was thinking Matthew Fox was going to get something, but not so much. It's good to see Terry O'Quinn (I totally typed Charlie Fox and Terry Locke first, heh) there too.
Jason Bateman: Yay!
West Wing still hangs in there in the 'Best Drama' category. Mind you, the Emmys has a serious love affair with it.
Everybody Loves Raymond: *deep sigh* Still don't get it.
Scrubs and Zach Braff, w00t. Though I wonder if what
Jennifer Garner: I like her, I think she's a good actress, I have a quite large crush on her,
I haven't actually seen him in TWW but I am happy when Alan Alda gets nominated for anything. Ditto, Felicity Huffman.
No ALP in 'Best Drama Actor'. :( The man even threw a chair through a window. ;)
I feel I really should have made an effort to watch some of 'Deadwood' when it was on. Hmm.
I always love having a look at the full list (warning: links straight to a .pdf) of nominations because I always find it a pretty interesting, even if I don't really understand if they made good choices or not. ;)

Dear DVD Unlimited,
I love you, I really do, but um, Tim Burton did not direct Batman and Robin. It was all Joel Schumacher's fault.
Shameful secret: I actually didn't mind it that much when I saw it at the movies. Bearing in mind, I do like George Clooney and knew little about Batman when I saw it. I haven't seen it since but part of me almost wants to, just to see how bad it actually is.
*ponders adding it to her DVDU queue just for humour value* *does*
Mood icon: Pretty, pretty Kaylee. *loves*
