Dear wonderous yuletide author ...

First off, you rock! Honestly. If you're going to write any of the pairings I asked for, I will love it. Seriously. But, if you would like some more details,
I like slash (both sorts), gen and het. If you'd rather not go the 'shippy route with any of the characters I've asked for, that's cool, really. With a lot (actually, all) of these fandoms it's really about capturing the feel of the canon universe and the relationships between the characters, than about the 'ships.
If you are making it 'shippy, I'm not a huge fan of incest, rape, non-con and as far as sexual kinks in general go, I tend towards the vanilla end of the spectrum, but threesomes are awesome. But again, don't feel you have to make it porn-y (writing porn is hard, dude), at all.
I am okay with character death and angst. Don't feel you have to make it all rainbows and happy endings if that's not where your muse is directing you. However, saying that I am also a huge sap and love my happy fluffy fic as well.
Random other things I like (which might be hard to fit into my requested fandoms): Poltiical intrigue, geekiness, backstory goodness, history and snark.
More fandom specific:
Tigana: Alessar was my favourtie character readings the books, and I always thought there was something between him and Devin. Even a Devin perspective on Alessar's character or something would be cool. Or vice versa. I acutally forgot until after I submitted how much I also enjoy Brandin's character, but that's one very optional extra.
MASH: I know fandom generally leans Hawkeye/Trapper, and while I did like Trapper fine, I always preferred B.J and loved his relationship with Hawkeye and have always wanted to read some fic about it. Like I said, doesn't have to be slashy, totally fine with a friendship fic. I think I mentioned maybe it could surround their goodbye. I cried at the Wiki entry that mentioned that, seriously. See above about being a sap.
Elenium/Tamuli: Dude. I read these books so much when I was a teenager and I still go back to them now and then. Vanion was always my favourite character (random, I know) and I just adored his relationship with Sephrenia. I would love some elaboration, in any way, shape or form.
Tortall: I hold the kinda unpopular opinion that Alanna and Jonathon should have ended up together. Don't get me wrong, I like George a lot, but I just liked Jonathon more. If there was a way to make this a threesome fic ... guh. But, do not feel obligated to do that. Seriously. Hell, all three of them hanging out drinking or something would be awesome.
