I finally caught my first West Wing S7 ep.
That wasn't too bad, all in all. I didn't love it, but I was in no way bored either.
Still don't care about Santos. I did like his speech about intelligent design though. Jimmy Smits just does absolutely nothing for me. At all.
However, Jeanne Garofolo (sp?) as Lou? Intrigues me quite a lot. There wasn't a lot of her in this ep, but what I saw, I liked.
Josh with his backpack had me awwing. Not really sure why. I think I missed him. Oh, Josh. But no Donna! Where is Donna?
Leo and Annabeth are remarkably cute. I wasn't so sure about it inititally but him holding her hand like that totally had me going aww. Oh, Leo. I saw John Spencer's name in the credits and just, gah.
Margaret rocks, but that's pretty much a given.
I had a lot of love for CJ in this ep. She was manic and crazy and awesome. I loved the interaction she had going with Charlie, Toby and to some degree Kate as well.
The Kazahstan thing seems intriguing, but it depends how they play it. I don't know how much hope I have.
Do I have to mention that I loved every scene with Toby and CJ interacting? No? I didn't think so. But, she was all kinda manic and maybe happy and there was champagne and then ... oh, Toby.
I totally have to remember to watch next week becuase I remember people talking about the ep way back when it was aired in the US. Must. Remember.
I think I missed the show and these characters more than I realised. I even missed Debbie, and I didn't really have feelings about her either way before this. Hmm.
