Dude. No Bailey icon? That will not do.
Aug. 7th, 2006 11:11 pmYeah, so what I said about Grey's? That I'd catch one entertaining ep and start liking it again? So true.
I've missed the last two eps but I've read the TwoP recaps and McDreamy called Meredith a what now? *glare*
Bailey, Cristina, Burke ... blah blah rockmyworld. Bailey's speech to the manager? Fantastic.
Isiah Washington really works that angry in such a delicious way, though admittedly he put Izzy in a hell of a position.
And in an act of blatant character favouritism, I shall love Burke for caring and being all passionate (and admittedly competitive) while disliking Izzy for caring waaay too much. I love Izzy, really, and normally I like the work Katherine Heigl does, but the speech to Denny went from okay to downright frightening. I really liked what Denny had to say though, right until the end. It's possibly the most I've liked Denny all season.
Oh, Addison, honey. She probably shouldn't have lost it like that, but I can't blame her. I feel for her and Kate Walsh does an awesome job. Please, please say her and McDreamy are done now. Just so the pain ends and we can all just move on?
George and Callie? Eh. I love that George is with someone who is not Meredith, and I do like that Callie tried to patch it up with Meredith at the end, because while I'm not Meredith's biggest fan, Callie really did jump down her throat at the start, but ... I don't know.
I must admit that I did laugh at the end with the Perfect Grey's Timing. Burke gets shot just as Izzy cuts the cord? Perfect.
Alex? Honestly? Don't care, but on the whole I did like the ep quite a bit and it worked the drama at the end. Oh, Grey's, you're not exactly dramatic art, but you are entertaining.
Next week: Meeeep. Burke.

Dear Keith Richards,
If you don't want me to keep having thoughts about you and Gram Parsons, don't say that you guys 'wore each other out' at his tribute concert, because my brain has been in fandom so long it can only take that so many ways.
Much, much love,
- Tali

I don't talk F1 in here much but after the podium at the Hungarian GP I have to comment becasue Weirdest. Podium. Ever. Jenson won a race, from 14th, on merit?! Now, I like Jenson fine, and I'm happy for him, but even now, over 12 hours after I read the story my mind is still boggling. I mean, sure if he'd started really close to the front, or if a lot of people had fucked up (and yeah, they kinda did) but still, weird.
