So, as far as birthdays go, today was pretty great. I was at work for most of it, but I did get a morning tea and they got me a really cool card and some book vouchers. (Dude. I've been there a month and they get me a present? Very cool). After work, I went out for a couple of drinks with some friends from work and a couple of flat-mates dropped by and I received some really nice text messages, phone-calls, e-mails and LJ comments. *<3's you all*

Also, my aunt who lives in Wellington actually made me a cake and dropped it off at my flat during the day. She made me a cake. I was blown away. That really was so, so lovely of her.

So, yeah, it's been a good day.

And to top it all off, House tonight was awesome.

Dude. Where to start.

The cane breaking, the 'when my baby's gone' with Wilson waiting on House's doorstep, Wilson managaing to get the girl in the elevator, Hugh's OMGSMILE.

Oh, I'm sorry this isn't the House/Wilson show? My bad. Tonight may have as well been though. Hugh and RSL were really, really, really on tonight.

Actually, all joking aside I did enjoy the case, I thought Michelle Trachtenberg did really well, I also loved all the Foreman in the ep and Cameron's salute and snark at Chase was awesome. What had Chase done to deserve that though? Poor wombat.

Yes, I was already in a good mood and yeah, maybe still a little tipsy, but I really adored every second of this episode.
