Wow. That was pretty awesome.

I liked how they tied in a lot of the other cases Veronica has solved by bringing back characters and with her calling in favours for information.

Celeste is still a total bitch. I really, really dislike her.

Veronica and Wallace. Aw. They have the coolest friendship. They’re so sweet. And I love how Veronica finally showed Wallace everything. Still didn’t tell him about Logan though … though from his comment about the ‘tardy’ (that word bugs me) slips he definitely knows something is up.

Veronica and Keith were also wonderful.

So …. Duncan ‘rescues’ her, then leaves her for a while, where she is found by Dick (and never has a name more suited a character), Beaver etc and … ugh, what they did was just horrible. And then Beaver takes off and then Duncan reappears and they sleep together? I might have to watch this ep again to get that straight.

Weevil … love, as always and how is there not more Logan/Weevil fic? I’m not usually one for antagonistic pairings but them, I’ll read. Oh yes.

I loved how Keith was still trying to track that woman down all the way through the year under the cover of the entertainment lawyer. That was very cool and it’ll be interesting to see where that goes.

Wow. Crazy!Duncan. He obviously still has a lot of feelings for Veronica. Or he’s lost it. And I still don’t really care about him at all. There was a little moment when he made the comment about not remembering, but then he lost it again. I feel sorry for Meg though.

Also, Veronica/Logan, so very doomed. You think they’re getting somewhere (and they’re so cute when they do) and then … bang. Trust issues. Serious trust issues. I think that Logan really cares about Veronica (and he’s just a little obsessive *cough *) but there are these doubts on Veronica’s side and there’s also the whole issue of what he’s done in the past. He is capable of being sweet and caring but then he’s capable of being something else as well. Something a lot more sinister. It makes him a very interesting character but from Veronica’s POV it makes him kind of suspect, I suppose. It’s quite a fascinating relationship really. They think that each other is the best thing in their rather craptastic lives at the moment but there’s just so much between them, both good and bad.

She did forgive Logan rather quickly for what he did to Duncan though. I suppose he wasn’t to know and it was good that he owned up. As Couch Baron said in his recap, there were just so many variables, there’s almost nothing she could have done. Maybe now that she’s understood it … but she still thinks Duncan’s her brother and just … wow, complication. That’s obviously why Duncan blocked her out too, near the end and why did Celeste tell him? To break them up? To get back at Lianne? Because she’s evil?

Kristen Bell totally rocked in this. Totally. Veronica … so much love.

And Mommy’s home. Wow. She just turned up?

I’m still really looking forward to getting the DVDs so I can watch these episodes again back to back. I think I’ll appreciate everything even more.
