owlbeerI just worked eight days straight. I don't recommend it.
However, tomorrow I'm going on a road trip with three friends to Dunedin! It's not exactly an exotic (or indeed warm) destination but I'm quite excited about it and I need to get out of Christchurch for a couple of days. Especially because, to cut a long story short, I applied for a job online last weekend. A job that is based in Wellington. I was absolutely expecting a polite e-mail telling me they weren't interested but 'good luck for the future', but I just got an e-mail back reminding me that the position is in Wellington, and if I was aware of that, when I was planning on moving up there!? I mean, it's obviously nothing concrete, but it indicates interest and that's scaring me a little. Happily it's the weekend and I have some time to think over my reply.
*pushes it out of her mind, moves on to the fannish*

POEM! I’d heard it before in a vid but now I have context… which kinda ruined it. Although Wilson saying it like that was wonderful. I wonder if RSL has done Shakespeare? Mmm, voice.
Chase getting pissy about the bus driver mentioning the rash to Cameron. Ah, the two very pretty people ship. *rolls eyes*
The older lady storyline had a very cute ending. I was a little freaked out at the start but it ended well. A little sad, but also a lot of cute.
Ah, jabs about his wife and cane twirling. Also, total PSVs, which are never, ever, a bad thing. Wilson just hangs around all the time. Not that I’m complaining mind but Oncology must be boring or slow or something(like he loves House). ;)
I wonder if the remark about her not washing Wilson's clothes before he wears them is perhaps an indication either that she is too busy and has her own career, or that she doesn’t care. Hmm. Wilson almost sounded sad she didn’t and yes, I realise I am overthinking. This show brings it out in me.
Oh god, the phone-call, that’s just wrong. Brilliant. But so wrong. It worked though.
Hehe. Shoes. House and Foreman bonding moments. So cool. Foreman’s my favourite of the ducklings but Chase and Cameron do run a very close second.
All in all a solid and entertaining ep.
Ah, iTunes' shuffle feature, you're in sync with me today. This song was just mentioned in a House/Chase drabble I just read. ;) (I was curious, I still don't quite see it, but almost).

I'm leaving at 7:45 tomorrow morning. I really should get my stuff together and sleep.
