"What can I say? She overpowered me."
Jun. 15th, 2010 12:24 amDay 07. A song you can dance to
I ummed and ahhed about this for a bit, there was nearly some NZ drum and bass, which I should share at some other point, but in the end I went for this.
Outkast - B.O.B
I really can't remember this coming out in NZ in 2000; I don't think Outkast were that big there at the time (probably not until Hey Ya), so I've only heard this recently, but damn it's infectious and makes me tap my foot every single time. I love it.

Also, there was this
Overall, I liked it. Didn't love it, but there were enough entertaining moments to make up for the boring ones. Also, continuing on from last year; Eric, Pam and Lafayette are the best part of the show. Shocker.
Now, stream of consciousness time:
I doubt that intro would have helped new people to the show that much.
Jason killing Eggs still makes no sense to me. None.
Everytime I see the fuzzy HBO logo I think of The Wire. That was a lot of HBO in a row when I watched that. Must do a re-watch at some point, though I seem to have inadvertently started a West Wing one recently.
Yeah. Grant Bowler that accent is a bit too much Wolfgang West.
My brain is currently all ... where's Eric ... where's Eric ...
Oh, Jessica. Oh, sweetie, I don't think that's the best plan.
"Conscience off, dick on" - good line. Bwahaha.
"I'm in no mood for lesbian weirdness ... " - Ha!
Oh, Pam. Fuck, she's awesome. "Wait, Sookie, stop.""What can I say? She overpowered me."
Hipbones, hipbones, hipbones ...
Lafayette, you rock.
It took me a very long second to figure out what was happening with Bill and Sam. Mmm, it was a nice scene though. Yes. ;) Even if the water line was so, so bad.
Oooh, vampire politics, but wtf is Sophie-Anne wearing. Jesus. I still don't mind Sophie-Anne overall, and the obvious interplay between her and Eric about the vampire blood was mostly funny. However, I really hope it's not because she's broke, that's just a little weak when you have all this mythology to play with.
Eric. Pretty. That black coat is very guh.
Pam is everywhere, and awesome everywhere.
Lots of vampires zoom-iness in this ep.
Oh, Hoyt.
God, Sookie, you're bossy towards Jessica. Honestly.
I really should have stretched more after climbing on Sunday. Ow. Ow.
