Bzuh. Bah. Um, wow. That was quite something. I had to make a time-line as I watched to keep it all straight in my head.
Kate Vernon rocked. Ellen, who was flighty and annoying (well, to me) when we first met her, is now revealed as one of the masterminds behind it all. Awesome.
And Cavill is even more of a douche than we thought. Dude has some issues.
I love how they played it like maybe Kara was 7, I sure thought she might be for a moment there, but then ... no. Kara is still just odd. And she might be in an interesting mood next week. *fears* I know I said those things about Anders after last week, but ... I'm not quite sure I wished that on him, but I guess he got to tell his story.
I knew Boomer would do that, and I loved how at the mention of love it flashed to Galen. C'mon Boomer/Tyrol, my first BSG 'ship.
As for Galactica, *sniff* Though I thought that Adama would do that in the end. Anything to fix his ship. It's clearly a metaphor. They have to work together in the end?
And is the opera house dream eventually going to mean something?
Anyway, adored this. This show breaks my brain in all the best ways.
Forgot something, but

I also saw Dollhouse. In short, intrigued enough to keep watching but didn't love it.
I thought Eliza was actually pretty impressive as Echo.
It was also really creepy in places. I mean, the whole idea is, and I think they did capture that.
I have no real thoughts on Agent Helo. I still see him as Helo, so that's one thing I'll need to get past. Also, Olmos was totally a BSG shout-out, and the boxing scene was quite reminiscent of "Unfinished Business."
I really liked Langston. I will no doubt find the Topher/Dr thing interesting as some point because that's just the way I roll.
I was a little intrigued what their target market was though because wow, that was a short dress, and the credits really did play up the sexy female element, a lot.
Other than that, day has been pretty good. Had to go into work and didn't fix the problem I had last night, which sucks, but I did end up out at the Island Bay festival in the sun and hanging out at my friend's playing Lego Star Wars on her PS3, which was awesome. Lego Ben Kenobi with his light saber! And the idea of Lego Batman, which I know is coming out, is hilarious to me, because Batman won't be able to help looking just a little cute and god, he'd hate it.
I will not think about how tomorrow will effectively be my 8th straight day at work. I won't.
