Quite the title that.

The most surprising thing about this ep was the lack of Meredith and the fact that nearly everytime she opened her mouth, she spoke the most sense of anybody.

Derek just wound his way around my heart again. Damn him. He's still treating Addison like shit, but I kinda loved him in this ep.

Izzy. Oh, Izzy. You're still totally insane but I feel for you.

Cristina broke my heart just standing there doing nothing. Gah. Sandra Oh rocks. I also loved her reaction to seeing Burke on the table and her insistence that the guy who shot him had to live. Also, 'that was my best supportive girlfriend.' Really. I just adored her in this ep.

George, I am stunned by the amount of apathy I feel towards you. This trend better not continue. Even the conversation at the end with Meredith. I didn't really care. I don't like this.

Do I even need to go into the fact that Bailey rocked?

I also liked that we saw quite a bit of the Chief in this ep. Adele's speech to him was also pretty awesome.

Next weeks promo: Pretty people in pretty clothes! *cough* And I'm sure they'll put some medicine in there somewhere. Maybe. This is Grey's afterall, the medicine is rather secondary.
