I'm pretending that whole CJ/Hoynes discussion never happened. It's the only way I can stop myself mashing my head into my keyboard.

CJ and Ben is just ... odd. Will there be a pay off? Is this kind of slap-dash story-telling going to be their entire relationship? It's just seemed very disjointed and smushed together.

One good thing about S5: We're getting a lot of little CJ and Toby scenes. I'll take them any way I can get them.

The Supremes: It was good. Very good. I just loved Glen Close's character and Glen Close as well. I also was very close to tearing up when Toby got a copy of the 14th Ammendment signed by her for Molly. Gah. So cute. Toby <3

Access: It was ... weird. They tried a new format and it kind of worked for them. I liked parts of it but in the end the pay off didn't really work. But hey, we know how Toby met CJ now.

Josh and Donna: I'm not a die-hard 'shipper but I do love their relationship.

I was thinking about it, and I suppose the test of this season is, would I actually want to watch any of these eps again? With seasons 1-4, I can name a few eps which I really like, with this season, I don't think I can do it. Maybe 'The Supremes.' I don't think it's been quite as horrible as I was imagining - in places I have enjoyed it - but there is definitely something missing.

I see the seperation starting to happen. Josh is all Santos and Toby and CJ are left to mind the fort. It's breaking up the four (and yeah, it's been three for a while now) even more, and that makes me sad. It's realistic, of course, but that doesn't mean I have to like it.

Santos = Very Boring. Like I've said, I'm really not a big Jimmy Smits fan (or really a fan at all) but, I'm just not feeling it.

Leo <3 I loved him in this ep. I liked his coversations with his nurse but I kept getting weird 'shippy vibes. Not quite sure how to take that, but still, I love him.

Will! He had something to do in this ep that didn't make his appearances seem like the writers said, 'Oh hey, we need to give Josh Malina at least one line in this ep, let's have Will turn up here!' *shakes head* Toby is still unhappy with him too. I was kind of hoping they'd figure that out. Not so much.

Also, I don't talk a lot about NZ politics in here, but Winston Peters is our new Foreign Affairs Minister! He'll be the guy we send to overseas meetings and meet foreign dignitaries! Ugh. Ugh. Ugh.

I can't believe Helen Clark did a deal with United Future and NZ First. I know why she did, it's just not a nice scenario.

I'm surprised, and not in a good way.
