I also saw an article about this on the late news and I really, really hope they aren't going to punish the teams with a points deduction or actually, at all. It wasn't the teams' fault. They were only following Michelin's advice and what they did was for safety reasons. If the FIA deduct points it's going to mean that this farcical situation will go from affecting one race, to affecting what has been so far a very entertaining season.
Also, I heard that David Coulthard was apparently begging over his radio to be allowed to race in the weekend. I find that cute and curiously somewhat heart-breaking.

I've signed up for the 2 week free trial of DVD Unlimited which is the NZ version of Netflix and it's been pretty good so far. I rented I Heart Huckabees, which was good but not fantastic, Sideways, which I still have to watch, and this year's Oscar winner for Best Documentary, The Fog of War, which I watched this afternoon.
I wanted to say a little about Fog of War but my brain isn't quite there right now, so I'll think I'll leave it. Though, I think anyone who has any interest in US Cold War history should definitely give it a look.
Also, if anyone want to rec a movie so I can add it to my queue, go right ahead.
This is going to be so dangerous. They have television DVDs. *drools*

I've seen a few articles about the possbility of a seat opening up on the US Supreme Court, probably Rehnquist's. That's going to be fun to watch. Although, as I think the NY Times pointed out, it's going to be far more interesting if the Bush Admin has to replace someone like John Paul Stevens. Damn, that would be worth watching on C-SPAN. *geeks out*
