I just entered
alternate_verse's Wordathon with a poem-type thing. It's such a cool idea. You write a ficlet, poem, haiku etc using only the words in the wordpool. The whole process is a bit like magnetic-poetry really and I really enjoyed putting it together. Thanks
odycee for pimping it in your LJ. :)
I've always kind of doubted whether I was a 'real writer' because I don't really get the urge to commit things to paper (or computer file) that often, or if I do, they never quite work out right and I get frustrated. Sure, I've written fic but I still don't really know if I'd call myself one or whether I just more want to call myself one, but sometimes I get the urge to do something creative and this really hit the spot, so to speak.
*ponders another entry*

Also, I had to share this. I read over the TWoP Tubey Awards last night and some of the Staff Special Achievement Awards were rather entertaining.
( Two that made me almost fall out of my chair laughing )

Finally, because I'm feeling sheep-like:
Ask me my opinion on any character from any fandom, and I will say. If I do not know the fandom, I will say what I think I know based on fannish osmosis.
