At a loose end with the world
Nov. 4th, 2004 12:29 amIt's a sad reflection on your day when the best thing about it was actually your political science exam.
After said exam I felt lost. I mean, that's it for the year. I have not made up my mind where I go from here and it's pretty disconcerting. Okay, really disconcerting.
I've also managed to lose my EFTPOS card. Pretty easy to replace but so annoying.
And as for the election, I don't think 'fuck' quite covers it. I have a vague glimmer of hope about Ohio, but really, I've seen the numbers on CNN and it would take a landslide of Kerry votes and then, ironically, he may still lose the popular vote. It'd be amusing if it wasn't quite so depressing.
Those in the US: My heart goes out to you, it really does.
I just, yeah, don't get it.
I'm going to bed now. I don't have to get up for anything.
