Oh, this was one was gooood. I liked it more than last week's, mostly due to the awesome 'alll the feelings' scenes that were going on.
- Walter and Elizabeth! Orla Brady was awesome and it was just a gorgeous scene.
- Walter and Peter! There was totally some keyboard mashing - Josh and John played that little scene beautifully.
- Peter and Olivia cuteness. <3
- I loved the little moment Peter and Altstrid had too.
- Altlivia and AltLincoln were happy-making as well. He calls her 'Red.' I hope those kids work it out.
And they were all around a table! That was a great scene.
Basically I just loved the last 20 minutes. The first 20 were fine (I really liked the interrogation scene between Peter and DRJ - tense) but those last 20 really got me.
I still want to know why Walternate is a little more chilled out in this new timeline though. I don't think they've given enough hints as to why that is - or if they have I've missed. Part of me thinks that the writers liked the idea of a softer Walternate and hand-waved it a little with, 'eh, it's a new timeline.' I hope not though.
Spent the day with friends - had good Mexican food, walked in the sun, watched The King's Speech finally which I really loved. I also tried a deep fried chocolate bar and discovered they weren't quite as gross as I was expecting and um, kind of great. Which is a bad thing because it means I might feel the need to eat another one.
