I feel like the show has finally found its balance with the 5 of them. I mean, that was genuinely okay.
BANTER WAS BACK. I loved them the whole way through this. This is the first episode this season where their banter had a nice rhythm and felt natural, and Steve you are such a dick and I love you. But he apologised for interrupting trick-or-treating, and the whole scene with Gaby was just amazing. DANIEL. (To counter the Steven!) And the look/wink after he mentioned about the museum. Just, what?! Steve, you are not helping! But then, I don't really think you want to help. ;)
'cos you shoulda told me if you did.' - Loved Scott's delivery.
That whole cargument was so, so OMG MARRIED. The repeated 'Wow's especially. Could you sound more like a passive aggressive spouse, Steve? Could you actually? Because I don't think you could. Interesting Steve seemed a little religious though - hmm, his mother was, maybe? Or maybe he's just more sensitive to different beliefs, I'll have to watch again how it plays.
And for the record, at the end with Danny and the Converse sneakers and Steve with the ... just stop, Alex. Stop right fucking now. The yellow worked for him so well and that t-shirt was so thiiin, and the jeans and the stubble and chasing after him. Not enough hearts in the world.
Also, EYELASHES. Holy shit, I go on about them a lot, but holy shit.
"You only cost me a beer." No comment. Just, none at all.
In fact, you know, Danny was in some places much more a dick than Steve in this episode. I mean I call Steve that with affection, but Danny ... at the start and ugh, the slutty Wonder Woman thing. I don't know, he annoyed me. Steve called him on it a lot though.
MAX. You were great.
And Charlie! Hi Charlie.
Lori was not too bad actually, I did expect to learn what her costume was though, but I loved how they all took time off to give her shit. TEAM. Although Steve hassling someone for being secretive is pretty ironic ... but he does have a track record of being a nosy bastard. Mostly with Danny though. (Yeah, back to finding the Steve/Lori less cute ... ) Her looks do seem to say 'how is this my life?' a lot, which I can sympathise with. These guys are madness. ;)
Lori and Kono need to hang out though. Like, yesterday.
However, you're really not allowed to call him Danno, hon. Just, no. No.
'What you planning on doing on this big mattress, Danny?' - Chin. <3
Poor Camaro. :(
Oh also? NO JOE.
Overall: pretty awesome actually.

Had a nice weekend full of food (waffles for brunch!) and walks and even some sunshine. Have started my GT presentation and I quite like what I've done, it just needs more work. Fringe in 15 minutes is well, a bit of a challenge. Very excited for the con though. It's going to be awesome. :)
Work is okay. Have started working on a different project, which is nice, as I get to work with new people and learn lots of new things. It's something anyway. ;)
